League 4.0 Tournament
The DK Premier League Tournament is the marquee competition of DK Premier Club and it is considered the most prestigious trophy of the League. Teams play in a 38 game season tethered to the English Premier League, starting in August and ending in May. The league consists of two divisions, with the top 20 teams playing in the First Division, also known as the 'Elite Division' and the 10 teams playing in the Second Division, also known as the 'Hooligan Division'. Teams in the Elite Division play each ohter twice and teams in the Hooligan Division play each other four times.

Every week a Premier League fixture is selected as a target game for all DK Premier Club teams to play in a $1 betting competition which is set up within the Draft Kings platform. At the same time, a fixture list is generated based on the schedule matrix which is randomly put together at the beginning of the season. After the selected Premier League fixture is played, the scores are downloaded and they are entered into the corresponding DK Premier League fixtures for that week. The team that scores the most points in the fixture is awarded 3 points and the team that scores the least points is awarded 0 points. However, if both teams score within 2 points* of each other, the fixture between the two DK Premier League teams is declared a draw and one point is awarded to each team.
The team with the most points at the end of the 38 games is declared the winner and automatically qualifies for the Super Cup 5.0. In addition, the teams that finish in the top 4 qualify for the Imperial League 4.0. Teams that finish in the bottom three spots will get relegated to the second division, also known as the Hooligan Division.

Teams managers are expected to submit line ups in Draft Kings every week that a fixture is played. However, teams have the option of not submitting a line up for a maximum of two fixtures each Premier League half season, with one half season ending on December 31 and the second half season ending on May 31. Teams that opt for a non-submission will be credited with a point average from all teams that submitted a line up in Draft Kings for the corresponding fixture for that week. After two non-submissions, teams will then be credited with 0 points for subsequent non-submissions. If a team does not submit a line up in Draft Kings in four fixtures in a half season, DK Premier Club reserves the right to revoke ownership of the team from its manager and place it under league administration and assign an AI manager to it.
* If the Premier League fixture is played midweek instead of on the weekends, the margin for a draw is expanded to 3 points
